Who we are The company is lead by its founder and principal, Philip Derham, who is an experienced researcher, specialising in financial, franchise, retail and franchise, communications and consumer research. The company's research results provide its clients with the necessary factual bases to enable them to act more effectively. Through its research, the company has explored the motives and needs of Australians ranging from the richest and most powerful to small investors, from city “sophisticates” to regional dwellers, shoppers, small business people and those who describe themselves as “just mums”. An experienced moderator and quantitative researcher, Philip's research draws on decades' experience with major media, market research and government bodies. Philip is a member of the Australian Social and Market Research Society, AMInstitute, the Melbourne Credit Union Forum, and he is a Business Boroondara Committee Member. In these roles, he is involved with relevant industry associations and is a regular speaker at industry Conferences within and without Australia.
His qualifications include BA. (Mon.), Grad. Dip. Mktg. (CIT), Diploma in Market Research (MRSA), and Philip is a Qualified Practicing Market Researcher (AMSRS).
Company associates include statisticians, economists, researchers
and field experts.
